As I grew in my position, I took on additional responsibilities such as creating online webstores for groups and organizations seeking custom apparel. This involved developing a strong understanding of their needs and preferences, and delivering a user-friendly online platform for their clothing orders.

Moreover, I had the opportunity to contribute to Heath Sports' rebranding efforts by designing and creating a new logo for their brand. This experience allowed me to showcase my creativity and ability to align visual elements with the company's desired image.

I am confident that my expertise and dedication will make a valuable contribution to any organization seeking a versatile and talented professional.

During my time at Doane, I had the privilege of participating in their comprehensive programs, which provided me with a strong foundation in various design tools and software. I gained proficiency in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Figma, among others. These experiences equipped me with the technical skills necessary to create visually compelling designs and effectively communicate ideas.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I actively engaged in sports and various organizations on campus. This involvement allowed me to enhance my organizational skills and develop excellent time management abilities, balancing my academic responsibilities with extracurricular commitments.

Furthermore, I had the opportunity to represent the art and design program as a member of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Student Advisory Panel. In monthly meetings with three CAS division chairs, we discussed our experiences and provided valuable feedback to contribute to the improvement of the school in the years to come.

Overall, my time at Doane was instrumental in preparing me for a successful career in Graphic Design, and I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences that I had there.

Heath Sports - Freight/Customer Service

I have gained valuable work experience at Heath Sports, a t-shirt printing company located in Crete, NE. In my role, I primarily focused on customer service and inventory management while also contributing to various aspects of the production process.

My responsibilities included assisting customers at the front end, checking in freight, organizing orders for printing, and fulfilling heat press orders. Additionally, I occasionally assisted with embroidery and screen printing tasks when extra support was required. One of my significant contributions was designing t-shirt graphics and ensuring they were print-ready.

Overall, my time at Heath Sports provided me with a well-rounded skill set in customer service, inventory management, graphic design, and online store management.
